General Sales Conditions The present General Sales Conditions and conditions of use apply to the site in relation to the subscription and sale of magazines of one or more of the periodical publications edited by the company PISANI EDITORE S.r.l. who will hereafter be referred to as "PISANI EDITORE". The legal or physical person carrying out the order of a subscription or magazine on the site will hereafter be referred to as "the Client."

Article 1 - Price
1.1 The price of a subscription to the publications edited by PISANI EDITORE are indicated on each of the pages of the site which present the offer of a subscription or sale of the magazines concerned and are expressed in euros with all taxes included except those relating to delivery.
1.2. The cost of delivery depends on the Client's country of residence and appears on the order form where the Client selected which country the subscription or magazine should be delivered to.
1.3. The prices associated with the Site are fixed by PISANI EDITORE and can therefore be modified without warning by PISANI EDITORE. However, subscriptions and the sale of magazines will be billed according to the tariffs in place at the moment of the record of the order.
1.4. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euro.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
The order of a subscription and one or more magazines on the site are made on the basis of an electronic order form in which the Client inserts all necessary information for the validation of their order by PISANI EDITORE. Before passing any order, the Client must verify that they have access to a functioning e-mail inbox. If they do not, they will be unable to receive their order confirmation. The contractual information is presented in English and is subject to confirmation in the form of an electronic order form relating to this contract and its contents. The records are computerized and saved in our computer systems in conditions that are reasonably secure and are considered as proof of the order placed and as evidence of the order.

ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION
In validating the order, via the use of the validation button, the Client declares their full acceptance, without reserve, to the terms mentioned here. In order to be able to validate their order, the Client must tick the box that indicates their acceptance to the entirety of the present general sales conditions and conditions of use.

ARTICLE 4 - AVALIBILITY
The products are offered only within the limits of available stock. In the case of a product being unavailable after an order has been placed by the Client, the Client will be informed by PISANI EDITORE at the earliest opportunity available. The Client will have the opportunity to request the cancellation or exchange of their order by writing to PISANI EDITORE, Distribution Service, via C. Colombo 1, 20094 Corsico (MI).
In the case of permanent unavailability and if PISANI EDITORE cannot provide you with a product of equivalent price and quality, your order will be cancelled automatically.


ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
The delivery of the first issue of the magazine, which is part of a subscription order, will take place within
the time period of the first publication schedule relevant to the chosen title after validation of payment by PISANI EDITORE. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Client at the time their order was placed. The Client, therefore, agrees to receive the ordered products. The responsibility of PISANI EDITORE is limited only to the offer of products and by no means will PISANI EDITORE be held responsible for incidents that may occur in the course of their transit (delays, losses or postal errors) and/or of their use. All orders placed on the Site and delivered outside France or Italy, depending on the shipment country, can be subject to costumer local taxes and to customs duty, which are imposed when the package arrives at its destination. Customs duty and taxes connected to the delivery are the responsibility of the client and are under their responsibility. PISANI EDITORE are not held responsible for verifying and informing the Client of the customs duty or applicable taxes; it is up to the Client to request the information from the relevant authorities in their country.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
The payment of purchases carried out on the site are made using a bank card, Visa or Master Card, and the online payment system PayPal. Bankcards will be debited when the order is validated.

ARTICLE 7 – SECURE PAYMENT
Payments by bankcard can be carried out in complete security. Banking data is transmitted only once from the payment by bankcards online. This transmission is carried out in a secure fashion thanks to banking data encryption by SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). The Client can check that they are on a secure page at any time by verifying the address of the page and the status bar located at the bottom of the navigation window. The address of a page secured by the protocol SSL begins with https and not with http, additionally, the status bar will show a locked padlock. The Client will be notified by a dialogue box once they leave a secure page, except if the parameters of their browser are set to block this display.

ARTICLE 8 – WITHDRAWL
In accordance with article 5 DL185/1999 of the consumer code, the client benefits from the right of withdrawal, starting from the date where the client received the merchandise, to send it to: PISANI EDITORE s.r.l., Distribution Service, Adress : Via C. Colombo 1, 20094 Corsico (MI), Italy,  to obtain a refund or a substitute product but please note that the Client will be held responsible for all associated costs.

ARTICLE 9 – Premature Termination
The Client is only able to prematurely terminate the contract if they can provide a legitimate reason. In order to obtain a refund for the fraction of the contract which has yet to be fulfilled, the client should send PISANI EDITORE a letter containing their name, postal address, subscription number and the reason for their request. The termination will take effect from the reception of the letter and PISANI EDITORE will reimburse the Client the part of their contract that has not yet been fulfilled.

ARTICLE 10 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Client information, gathered when recording that an order has taken place, will be subject to IT processing in order to process the order. The recipients of this data are, for the purposes of the fulfillment of the order, the company PISANI EDITORE. Equally, the client, for legitimate reasons, can object to the treatment of their data. However, data marked with an astrix are essential for the order and/or the delivery of magazines. In their absence, PISANI EDITORE will be unable to ensure the delivery of the ordered publications and/or invoice delivery requested by the Client. If they wish the Client can, while filling in their order form, accept to receive, by e-mail, information or commercial offers on the behalf of PISANI EDITORE and/or their partners.

ARTICLE 12 - Responsibility
The products offered on the Site fully conform to Italian legislation. PISANI EDITORE will not be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is the Client's responsibility to verify with local authorities the regulations regarding importation and/or use of the products or services that they are considering ordering. The photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the presented products are not contractual. Therefore, PISANI EDITORE will not be held responsible in case of any error found in the photographs or texts. The site publisher of the present site will not be held responsible for breach of contract in the case of stock shortage, force majeure, disruption or strike (both complete and partial) of the postal service and means of transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In any case, the responsibility of PISANI EDITORE will be limited to the amount of the order.

ARTICLE 13 - LANGUAGE - APPLICABLE LAW- DISPUTES
The present general sales conditions and conditions of use were drafted in English, which will be considered, in all cases, as the only language which governs relations between PISANI EDITORE and the Client. The present general sales conditions and conditions of use are subject to Italian law.
